Two copies of the will, one written on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice. ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Haji Muhammad Ganjah, a Russian national, assigns his brothers, Mashhadi Haj Baba and Mashhadi Najaf, as the executors of his will. Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.

Settlement of Karbalayi Husayn, son of the late Rahmat Allah Bayg, over parts of his properties worth fifty tumans with his daughter, Batul Khanum, for some nabat (crystal candy); settlement of Karbalayi Husayn with his sons, Jamshid Bayg and Muhammad Rahim, over the rest of his properties for one thousand dinars and some nabat, under the condition that they spend fifty tumans for his funeral and fifty tumans for Batul's dowry.
